These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of WordPress themes from Bimbpress (bimbpress.com), operated from Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Each purchased theme grants you a single-site license. You may install the theme on one (1) WordPress website. The license is perpetual and includes lifetime updates.
You may use the theme for personal or commercial websites. You may modify the theme code for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the theme or any modified version.
All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept credit cards and iDEAL.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Each purchase includes 6 months of email support. Support covers installation issues, theme configuration, and bug fixes. Support does not cover custom development, third-party plugin conflicts, or server configuration.
The setup service includes WordPress installation, theme activation, basic content setup, and configuration. We will contact you within 24 hours of purchase to begin the setup process. The setup is typically completed within 3-5 business days.
All themes, code, designs, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Bimbpress. Your license grants usage rights only — not ownership of the source code or design.
Themes include lifetime updates. Updates are delivered via the WordPress dashboard or download link. We are not obligated to add new features but will maintain compatibility with current WordPress versions.
Bimbpress themes are provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our themes, including but not limited to lost data, lost revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid.
